"Caring & Sharing - A Simple Way to Provide Food Assistance"

Please return
our Bags

We have a very high success rate of retrieving our bags, however we lose the opportunity to reuse the bags when they are not returned.

Not returning a bag can result in a lost opportunity to see hundreds of pounds of food being delivered to a food bank annualy.
The need for food assistance is always greater than the food donated.

Returning our bag is caring even if the bag is empty.

THANK YOU!

Church/Synagogue/Temple
Food Drives

Start a food pantry at your church.

Our Green Bags are a welcome program to many churches, synagogues and temples because we supply the materials for the congregation to take home on a pre-scheduled date after services. The Bags filled with food are returned by the members the following week.

We suggest these food drives be scheduled every four to six months and the food collected can be distributed directly by the church, synagogue or temple if they have an established food bank or pantry.

We will pick up our Green Bags and if requested we will make arrangements to deliver the food to a local food bank.

This is a simple and easy way to allow people to participate in local food drives that can produce a very large quantity of food and assist local food banks to help the many in need.

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS

Please consider establishing a "Green Bag" food drive program and request several of your members to become volunteers.

The volunteers can follow our residential food drive format in their neighborhoods once every three months using the same Green Bags being used in your quarterly food drive.

The quantity of food being collected will continue to increase as additional volunteers are located.

Volunteers will only be commiting to a few hours of service each month.
